i have a k7s5a (ver1) and right now i am running 1.33 chip...i want to upgrade my cpu but I am not sure what the max i can put in this bad boy....ec website isnt very clear...plz help
 
the max would be the 266 version of the 2600. 2400 would work for sure. One good think to say about the K7S5A is that ECS releases BIOS updates regularary.

well, used to be true, but not so much anymore. i think they're concentrating on the newer models now...
