Looks neat...

But I can not find any data on its cooling ability.

The review links from Gigabyte are all to non-english sites. (I am an uneducated American, and cannot read other languages. )

I have a hunch that it does not outperform what is already on the market. But that is just a hunch.

It seems a blower design.

The pictures and charts are self explanatory. And the design looks pretty solid in the review. It has heat pipes as well.
