I have an old bios on the mb that doesnt support new cpu.

I can upgrade bios by usb key without entering windows

If i ll place the new cpu on the mb (with old bios) , will it boot and let me upgrade it, or it can't boot at all?

It can be done as long as you flash the bios with an older supported cpu first. AFTER you flash the bios to the newest version, then you install the new cpu.

Tnx!

The cpu is 4930k
The mobo is the socket 2011 Alienware Aurora R4 mainboard!

It only support ivy-e with new bios (A09) but mine has an older bios
An Alienware board is going to be rare enough that I doubt anyone has ever tried. If you can't get support from Alienware then there's nothing that can be done but to give it a shot. However I suspect it will not work (SNB -> IVB is not a small step).

"Alienware motherboard" sounds alien to me.

Y'all can tell me if I'm being naïve or thoughtless here, but it seems the following is a possibility. IF . . . that is . . .

IF . . . the BIOS/PLCC chip on the motherboard can be manually replaced and isn't soldered to the board, the board-maker (and even some independent outfits who specialize) can sell you a BIOS chip pre-programmed with the new BIOS. They usually provide a small, plastic chip puller -- which looks like a pair of tweezers.

So you'd just pop in the new PLCC or BIOS chip, pop in the new CPU, pop open a bottle of vintage vino or dark ale, and celebrate while you boot up the system.
