New cox high speed internet

Apparently it's here..my brother woke up and found out he changed networks, instead of the old 24.xxx.xxx.xxx IP, his IP is now 67.xxx.xxx.xxx and according to DSL Reports speed test, it's a lot faster than mine..he got about 2600down/240up and I get about 900down/90 up.
