So I am running a Core i7 Processor, not overclocked, and its been really hot in my city and house, and my CPU is running at 45-50 degrees idle, during the cold days, and winter, it idles at 30ish. Is it normal for temps to be this high even though its hot? It is around 35 degrees Celsius here.

Time for a new cooler or no?

BTW I am currently on stock cooling

take your pick, but know that those benchmarks were run in a 20C ambient temperature environment, with the motherboard outside of the case. In a closed case ambient and parts temperature will be higher.

What is the temperature of the room that you are in? The absolute limit for your cpu temps is the room temperature, so if your room is 35C to begin with your in pretty bad shape. Time to crank up that A/C

Next time, wait till you're on the 2nd page before bumping.

Those temps look acceptable for stock cooling. Ambient temperatures have a huge effect on temperatures when using air cooling.
