I've seen very middle of the road numbers coming out of what is supposed to be their 'high end' hardware. Not impressed so far.

On the contrary I've yet to see any decent review of the retail product, especially on respectable sites like here on AT. But that fact alone is sketchy in itself as if you had good performance numbers you'd definately want to show them off unless you want to take the market by storm. My guess is that they just want their products out in stores before users find out how sub par they might be. Having the ability to slap "2xGPUs" on their boxes is a huge seller...
