gotta admit, those are really nice boards... the 8 phase power regulator looks really nice 0.o Isn't the P5WDG2-WS nicer though? i think it is 0.o. Although those PCI-X slots are really useless lol

It is taking advantage of power management, similar to SpeedStep. The higher speed 90nm Netburst CPUs have their native multiplier and 14x. Some motherboards let you manually choose 14x.
