Hi every1,
Just bought new laptop,
Sony Vaio PCG-GRX670
P4M 2 GHZ
512 MB DDR
40GB HDD
32MB Radeon GeForce2
CD-RW/DVD-RW

Want to burn old VHS tapes to DVD, Looked at Dazzle.com, seemed like a good idea, but reviews were
not that good, anyone tried this yet?
Need to go through USB 2.0 Port.

Any Help
Thanks

i have never heard of that video card...lol
a 32 meg video card will certanaitly bottleneck your cpu if you game.....

is your cpu a northwood???

Hey, congrats on the nice laptop.
After searching around I did find one thing that does EXACTLY what you need.
USB instant DVD
The reviews are great, and it does the encoding in REAL time, indpendently of your computer. Then you just burn the encoded data onto the DVD. Couldn't get any more simple than that.
Found it for 187.50 here
