New Computer Won't Start!!! Need Help!!!

My computer will NOT start. No Power, No Sounds, No Nothing. The power button does nothing at all. It does however, when I unplug the power supply, make that little squeak noise to tell that whatever is clear of electiricty. I've tried 2 different PSU's, tried a different case, tried the power switch cable the other way (cause I could of had it backwards). I've tried only having the mobo, psu, video, and ram hooked up. But still nothing. My specs are below:

Athlon XP 1600+
MSI KT4VL Mobo
420w Channel Well PSU
256 DDR PC2700
Geforce2 GTS
WD 80 GIG SE Hard Drive
Generic Floppy
Sony CDRW 40x12x40

PLEASE!!! I need help. If you need any other info to help me diagnose, LMK!

Some systems I've built with the kt3 Ultra 2 have had a few problems with the power switch and reset(or other) switch marked incorrectly or just not working as the manual states. I would jsut move the things around and test. Maybe try the reset to turn the comp on...
 
w00t, i figured it out, it was actually the standoffs underneath, there was an extra one in there that was touching the mobo and shorting it. Everything good as new now.
