New Computer - Windows XP shut down/reboot problem

I recently built 2 computer systems, identical except for the cases(power supplies) and video cards.

One uses the Antec SX-1040 (Antec Power 400W Supply) with a Leadtek Winfast Geforce3 Ti500 and the other uses a Lian Li PC-67 (Enermax EG465-VE Power supply) with an All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500DV.

I installed the Lian Li one first and everything went smoothly. Then I installed the Antec one and every time I need to restart or turn off the the machine, the system hangs when it says "Shutting off your system...". Sometimes the IDE light will be on, and sometimes it won't be. One time, it managed to turn off the computer by itself. If anybody has any idea what is going on/how to fix the problem, your help would be grealty appreciated. Thanks!!

Here's the rest of the relevant system specs:
Athlon XP 1600+
Asus A7V266-E
512 MB Mushkin Special RAM
Sound Blaster Audigy Plantinum

Edit - Both systems use the VIA 4 in 1 drivers version 4.37. The Antec system still had the problem with the version 4.33 drivers that came with the motherboard.
