New Computer Power Supply Question

I don't know really understand the 12v rail thing, do you add up all of them and if its over the graphics card amp requirement its ok?

But anything I was woundering if you guys could tell me if this power supply will do for the computer i'm building:

+12V rails are NOT additive because the "rating" is only an indication of the limitation of power being delivered down a group of connectors. Your actual +12V capability is on the label in a place designated as "+12V Combined".

On the SilverStone you link, it's 720W, or 60A. Note if you were to add up the +12V rails you would actually get 72A! A much much higher number.
