I want some advice to wat mite be better alternatives to wat i have their. i was gonna get the ddr2 800 but i decided to push alittle more to get the 1000 cause im getting a 6600 will i see a difference over the 800 ? in terms of OC
also advice on PS

I don't think you'd need the 1000DDR to OC a 6600; you'd probably be limited by the processor first, rather than the RAM.

I would get the OCZ 700watter for $120 on newegg right now, iirc it's a rebaged forton :thumbsup:

man, your better off spending a little more for an 8800 GTS.

at least you will be DirectX 10 ready after spending all that money.

two things. One, get a better PSU and second, get an 8800. For what you are building, you may as well get DX10 now. AND, kep the 2GB of RAM, you need it.......Great system.
