New computer, need some input

Hi everyone, long time reader, first time poster. I'm really out of the loop and I need a new computer; so far, I had this in mind.

Proc: Intel 2.6C (I'd like to be able to overclock this atleast 3.0+, will stock cooling suffice or should I opt for a better heatsink/fan and if so which one?)
Motherboard: Abit IS7 (is this motherboard decent?)
HDD: WD Raptor 36GB SATA
Case: Antec Sonata w/380W Truepower (not sure about this case, will this be cool enough for overclocking?)
Memory: Totally lost here, I'd like 1GB of ram (2x256)
Soundcard: Audigy 2 OEM (again, not sure about this either)

things I'll be re-using from my old PC:
Radeon 9700Pro
Monitor
Sony DVD-Burner
80GB WD HDD /w 8 meg cache (as secondary storage HDD)
KB/Mouse
Speakers
Floppy
OS

Thanks for the help guys

I personally love my Abit IS7 motherboard, it is fast, stable and has great features for under $100

However, you may consider holding off on your upgrade for a month or so, so that the new AMD Athlon 64s become more widespread. I think the Athlon64 will be the way to go, not the P4 route. I upgraded my home computer to a P4 2.6c/Abit IS7/1GB Corsair 3200LL/Zalman 7000Al-Cu HSF a couple of months back. Now I wish I had waited for the next Athlon systems. Initial benchmarks looks extremely good.

However, if u need to upgrade now, you layout looks good. My choice for memory would be either Corsair XMS or Kingston HyperX PC3200 or better. I think a 72GB Raptor is about to come out too. Maybe worth waiting for.
