New computer - is this all compatable?

I had posted a couple of times for advice on parts for a new computer, and going by the various answers, I think I've put together a good system. If you ahve a couple of minutes, I need someone to look this over to tell me if all of this stuff is compatable, or if I'm making a bad choice on one item or another.

This is all from Newegg, I haven't started looking around to see if I can find things cheaper yet, just trying to figure out the compatablities first.

Case: AeroCool SPIRAL GALAXIES Black/Silver SECC $85.00
MB: DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 $122.99
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 1GHz $146.00
Memory: OCZ Value Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM $158.83
Power Supply: AeroCool ZERODBA ZERODBA-S500 EPS $94.99
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar RE WD1600YD 160GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache $85.00
Video Card: PNY VCG7600GXPB Geforce 7600GT 256MB $199.00

I already have a CD Drive. I realize I am probably getting a few things bigger than I need, like a 500 Watt power supply, but I'd rather have a little more than I need than something that will not be compatible with a part I get next year.

Getting all of these parts from Newegg, the cost comes to $891.81 before shipping, though I'm guessing I can find a lot of this stuff on Ebay or elsewhere for less money.

If it looks like I'm making a big mistake on one or more of these parts, please post your opinion and/or advice.

If you went with an Antec SLK-3000 case instead ($50, #N82E16811129152 ), you'd be $35 closer to moving up to a 7900GT.

If you went with a Fortron 450watt PSU that meets 7900GTX requirements ($51, #N82E16817104954) you'd be another $44 closer.

The Ultra-D is not an SLI motherboard, but is able to be modded to SLI (maybe not anymore if nVidia changed the Ultra Chipset). I suggest not changing the mobo because the Lanparty Ultra-D is one of the best OCing motherboards out there. However, if you really need to save a few dollars, go for the EPoX 9NPA+ Ultra. It too OC's well, but costs slightly less.

As for the power supply, get a Fortron AX450PN.
Graphics card-Get the eVGA 7600GT-cheaper, already OC'd a bit, LIFETIME WARRANTY even if you OC. Or, like previous poster said, spring for a 7900GT. It offers better performance than a 7800GTX stock and can be OC'd quite a bit if you choose. Someone OC'd a factory stock 7900GT to 800 mhz core/2GHz memory using an old Athlon XP heatsink-that's a MADLY INSANE overclock on air cooling.

other than that, it's pretty good
