for my new computer i have basically decided on these components....

Intel i7 4770K processor
asus H-97 Plus MB
Corsair Ram
 
OK...

An H97 MB won't let you overclock (at least officially), while a Z97 mobo would.

If a 4790K is about the same price as a 4770K, you should get the 4790K.
