New Computer for Christmas

I came up with this lineup for hardware in the past week and am about ready to order. I wanted to make sure everything looked ok to the very knowledgable readers here. Take a look at see if you see any glaring compoatability errors or even the most subtle suggestions you have would be appreciated. Also, let me know if you think if I should wait for Vista before I buy this computer or not.

Why does your copy of windows cost so much. I saw someone selling a copy for 85 bucks in the for sale section

Not sure. I could definitely buy a copy from a local retailers instead of purchasing it from Newegg.
