New Computer crashing when loading games!!

okay I'm running a 64 3400 on a lanparty ut 754 mobo, xfx 6600gt, and 1 gig of patriot ram. I also have an Audigy 2zs soundblaster card. So far I've had trouble connecting to the internet (which obviously is now fixed, lol)... then I discovered the sound wasn't working yet...so I finally fixed that. Windows was running choppy but that's fine now and other programs work perfectly great... It's just when I load a game like nascar thunder or farcry (the only two I've tried yet), the game loads up the intro perfectly fine for about 20-30 seconds the game looks lilke it's gonna work then the screen goes black without a signal and the computer just stops responding and the powerlight just stays on but no hard drive. I can't get the monitor working and I have to hold the power to turn it off. Any suggestions? I tried flashing the bios but it said it couldn't boot up with the disk...even though it has all the boot up programs (command.com and stuff). Do you think that could be the problem?

Say get a least a 420W for that power hungry rig get a Antec Neopower 480W. It is modular, high qualit and only 116.00 on newegg

I don't have a camera... Is there anything I should look for? I was hoping the 350 would be enough juice. Do you think swapping the psu's would solve it?

oh yeah ...when it freezes up the screen goes blank and the speakers just started making a clicking noise like a scratched record. ctrl alt del doesn't work!

try to give every device it's on cable, don't share same cable w/ HD and Vid for SURE
