New computer build question

Guys I?m stuck on my new computer. I have decided it is upgrade time, but with all the new stuff coming out nF4, SLI, Dual core, and 64 bit; I think I want to wait until this time next year to upgrade my main rig. So I have decided to sell my current computer and build a nice Media PC, to use as my main computer until next winter, when it will be turned into a HTPC. That my plan. Well here is what I have so far:

Case ? Ahanix D4 with 350watt PSU
Motherboard ? MSI Neo Platinum
Processor ? AMD 3200+ (s939)
RAM ? GEIL pc-4000 Ultra
Optical ? NEC 16x Dual Layer DVD +/- RW
Floppy/Card reader ? SIIG combo drive
HDD ? 1 74GB Raptor and 300GB Maxtor 16mb cache

My only main concerns is when it comes to the Video Card. I would like to go with the 680GT BFG, but I would also like to use a ATI HDTV wonder. I would think that the HDTV wonder would work best with an ATI video card, is this true? If so I would go with the X800 Pro, the XT and the PE are nice but they cost too much. Also is there another HDTV card out there, one that may work with the 6800GT better? Another question, how much video card will I need when I hook it up as a HTPC, is the 6800gt or the x800 Pro over kill?

As far as audio goes, I was wanting to use the onboard sound until the Audigy4 came out, and if it was good go for it, if not I was maybe thinking of getting a M-audio.

Wrong ram man stick with PC3200 @ 2-5-2-2

Why stick with 3200, it will only clock itself down to match the FSB. PC 4000 will give him some overclocking room if he wishes to do so.

Actually I plan to do some OCing. the reason I chose the 3200 over the 3000 or the 3500 is because of it's multiplier of 10. I figured since the pc-4000 will run at 250FSB, then I could do that and be running my chip at 2.5, which is a good OC, but not to close to the edge so I can have a good CPU life span.

He never mentioned O/C and Crucial ballistic PC3200 2-5-2-2 or 2-2-2-10 intel or AMD And it O/C to PC 4000 specs at lower lati.
