hey everyone im trying to decide between these two processors is the 3200+venice really worth the extra $50 over the 3000+venice if i plan to OC?
also the HD im still debating if i need that much room but i thinking more sure cant hurt
Also the other big thing i can decide between is the MoBo. both have onboard audio and im not a big audio nut or anything mainly computer science major soon and gaming like world of warcraft and other pc games not HL2 or DOOM3 plz recommend between the two or any other good ones with onboard audio just dont want a sound card if i dont have to thanks

also if anyone knows of a good deal on a 500w or so PS i was told that this setup would be underpowered if i used like less then 450w currently im loooking at the Antec TRUE550 ATX 550W Power Supply for $96 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103910 any recommendations on better supply for cheaper or whatever are welcome
and finally a case i was looking at the antec solutions slk black http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811129152 if you have better cases or anything plz let me know and will cooling be a problem for this setup if so plz recommend extra cooling fans thanks alot guys.

heres another decent looking case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811133132

I'm not completely convinced that SLI is worth the money right now. It's a pretty high price premium for something that is going to gain virtually nothing for the time being. You can get a non-SLI board for much cheaper that will be just as fine for now.

As for the video card, I'm not sure such an expensive video card will be necessary for WoW. A cheaper nVidia 6800 will probably work just as well, and generally I like their drivers better than ATI (that's a personal preference though).

The onboard sound, generally, should work fine. Onboard sound chips have gotten to the point where they're pretty much on par with most dedicated sound cards if you're not doing a lot of surround-sound DVD watching.

$50 seems too much to pay to go from just the 3000+ to the 3200+. Overclocking that chip is eventually going to drop off in terms of the performance increase after a certain point. There's no point in overclocking an extra 100Mhz if you're not going to see any real world benefits.

The RAM might be somewhat bad for overclocking. ValueSelect RAM is generally lower-level RAM from Corsair. You might want to look into some higher-quality RAM like OCZ or the like. I'm not a big expert on other brands of RAM, so I can't say much. Maybe someone else can.

Other than that, it looks fine. I like the Seagate drives myself, and the NEC burner seems to get good reviews (again, not my forte). Good luck with that!
