this is it so far.... I need a heat sink and thermal compoud.. what thermal compound.. how and where is it applied...? but yea.. i need a heatsink and that thermal compound.. any other suggestions about this build let me know.. i plan on dual booting.. vista and osX.. so any help would be appreciated!

Remove the Rosewill PSU for a antec earthwatts 500w or corsair 450vx. Remove the 8600gt or 150$ for a HD3850 or even a HD3870 if you want a real videocard, for just a few bucks more. Intel > AMD atm, unless your on a budget. Personaly I'd rather have the abit ip35-e for 80$, and a e6750 instead of what you picked. If you're not overclocking, then you do NOT need an aftermarket HSF/Thermal grease. If you want quietness, then a 20$ arctic freezer 7 pro is a good pick, which comes with thermal grease PRE-applied.
