NEW COMPUSA'S!!!! REnovating the old one, looks very cool.

I went to myu local compusa. They were a mess, however they were building new tables, and center for user to bring in their laptop for example, and they can see the problem right away or install a software you bought, also they will have DSl and Cable to test the internet in each computer.

Listen its gonna be better than before, I just hoped their prices were like new egg, and other e-tailers.

Compusa is great, and its good to have a store like that around you, also hope they will get more cooling stuff, and etc.. They are getting better....

They'll never get better -- their corporate philosophy just sucks too much. With as little emphasis as they place on customer service, it will NEVER be a great place to shop. Sanctioned lies to customers are never a good thing.

yeah, they renovated the one I go to in new york city about 6 months ago.

new facade, but the service, prices, and products still suck ass.

Radeon: I worked there, too, in Customer Service. Want to talk about a THANKLESS job??? I received plenty of accolades from customers, but the management didn't care one bit that the salesmen were lying to the customers. I didn't try to disguise it though -- I just told the customers, &quot;I'm sorry, but he lied to you when he sold the system to you.&quot;

Never happened. CompUSA's customer service is VERY VERY disappointing, both away from the store and at the store.
