I recently built a new computer, and I need some help "tweaking it" to make sure everything is stable. Thanks in advance for any help. So here are my questions
Both my rams are rated @ 1.65, my auto voltage puts it at 1.666, should I scale it down to 1.65? and to do this all I need to do is set dram voltage to 1.65 in uefi?)
I need to send my rebates off for my RAM, so I have been doing some Memtest86+ (v4.20) and it seems to freeze every time randomly at #8 and #6, and I can get it to fail during #8, is this some thing to worry about? All of my other tests pass.
Right now my case is open on both sides with stock cooler and an ambient temp of ~80F. My Idle CPU temp in hwmonitor is 40c, my cpu temp in the uefi is 60c, I haven't put any load on it yet, because I am not sure of the safe region.

Intel i5 2500k @ 3.3 on stock cooler
Asus p8p67 vanilla (with the stock 1305 bios)
Corsair 4gigs of XMS3 1600 1.65 / OCZ 4gigs of 1333 1.65 RAM
Corsair hx650 psu
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Nvidia 210 (temp)

If you have both the Corsair set and the OCZ set installed, remove the OCZ and try Memtest again.

You never know what to expect when mixing RAM speeds and brands.

Also, I think 1.5 V RAM is recommended for SB. You can try stepping down the voltage in increments, testing each change for stability but if it passes Memtest I wouldn't worry about it.

Well apparently my computer randomly restarts for no reason, the fans do not turn off, but the computer restarts.

Would not surprise me since you have (a) OCZ DDR3 (which is terrible) and (b) are running the memory out of spec. I would try taking out the OCZ RAM then seeing if the lockups go away.

In the interests of the long-term longevity of your processor, you might want to see if it is possible to return your current memory and exchange it for some 1.5V RAM like this G.Skill.
