See any problems with this? Yes AMD dual core is around the corner and PCI express is out. But PICX cost $$$$$$ and the dualcore wont be out for another year IMO. But please LMK what you think.

 Could cut about 50 dollars off of the PSU, but if your willing to spend the money that is a good choice.

Yup.

I really want the 510 version with 34a 12 volt rails, but for this machine the 425 will do. Possibly if I go with the 939 (which i think i will) i MIGHT MIGHT MIGHT get the 510 version. If I can turn my head away for a second while I press the purchase button.

That power supply should be more than enough. You could save some cash on that, but it sounds like that's what you want.

If you're going to go overboard on the PSU, you might as well go with 939 and run your memory in dual channel.

Yeah, switch to an Epox "9NDA3+" mobo ($126) and a 3200+ winchester (<$200 if you know where to look) and the PC would be cheaper with a much better OCing potential and dual channel memory.
