New comp, how is it?

Hey,

So my dad wants me to build him a new computer, just mainly for browsing and small office tasks. His P4 is way too slow for him.

I'm not sure what is the best these days.

The i3 have integrated video cards right? Put on mobo and good to go?

What are you going to use for an OS?
