First thing I would do is run memtest. 1.2gb of ram? What type of configuration do you have there? 2x512 + 1x256? 1x1gb + 1x256? 2x512 + 2x128?

It's a series of about 8 tests, and it loops itself until you tell it to stop. It tells you what test it's on and how many passes have run. I'd run at least 2 passes to be sure.

What exactly does the BSOD message say? Right it down next time it happens, it will make it a lot easier to isolate the problem. It could very well be a specific driver thats causing the problems.

You say your system has "Crucial" RAM. Did you mean Crucial Ballistix? Because if you did, take out that 256 MB stick (it's doing you absolutely no good, anyway), and raise your vdimm to 2.8v, with your RAM timings at 2-2-2-6, and your BSOD's will go away. <---only applies if you have Crucial Ballistix RAM

edit: Also, 400 watts, even if it's Seasonic watts, isn't enough to power two Athlon 64's. Download this: SpeedFan, and tell us what all of your voltages read.

try running your computer in vga safe mode. if youre able to get in and out of applications just fine, then you probably need to reinstall your video card drivers.

also if you have another video card lying around, swap cards and test the other card with the same application you used when you first got the bsod.

if you are able, take your new card and install it in another computer and test the card in the other computer. this will help you figure out whether you are having driver issues or video card issues.

good luck.
