colossus, jagganaut, angel, shadowcat, beast, and dark phoenix...

can you guys spot anymore?

Obviously Beast was in the trailer. According to imdb.com, the White Queen will be in it too (though I don't know if the actress was in the trailer). I think moira mctaggert may have been in the trailer as well (she's not a mutant, but an X-men character who was an old flame of Xavier's, and has occasionally helped out the team on the scientific front).

He's one of the first mutants. He was born in Egypt and was a slave. He found a ship with Celestial technology. I don't know offhand if he used the technology to extend his life or increase his mutant powers.

beast wasn't in the first one... at least not beast form.

and not much of colossus was in the 2nd movie... i want to see him fight.
