My parents just switched family plans from Cingular to T-Mobile for the better Family Rate...

I liked cingular and their coverage, i've never used T-Mobile before...and I got this new phone (Samsung x475) that reviews are tearing apart...

Anyone have this phone or have experience with T-Mobile?
