New CD2 / P35 Combo for Overclock:

In a month or so I'll be building a new PURE gaming rig, and I Want to overclock to heck out of a E6420 on a Gigabyte p35 board. I want to stick with DDR2 and I want to purchase 4 gigs.

So i need the following:

-4 gigs of ram
-Must be DDR2
-Must help my CPU overclock quite well
-Not looking to spend more than $160 per 2 gig stick

Can i please hear some recommendations on what would be some good choices for this board.

So far I've heard Crucial Ballistix, Ballistix Tracer ( is the only diff the LED lights?), Corsair Dominator, and OCZ Reaper. At this point I'm leaning towards the Ballistix (Regular), but id LOVE to hear some other advice and recommendations. Thanks!

Hi, just noticed your post.
1. Forget about E6420. When July 22nd comes you'll be able to get a nice E6750 for the same money with a faster 1333mhz FSB clocked at 2.66ghz, sure beats the hell out of 1066mhz FSB 2.13Ghz E6420.

2. As for the ram, the Crucial you picked are really good... or you can get these Ballistix for a little more:
