i bought a new case with malfunction power sw cable.i confirmed it was faulty by using a old working case's power sw cable.
is it common 4 it 2 happen?

I dont think anyone understands as to what malfunctioned. Is it your Power supply that came with the casethat malfunctioned? So rephrase the whole thing and post it again.

no.power sw connector in case 2 connect 2 mainboard.
