I currently have a Alph pal 8045 with the stock delta fan on a 1800xp. Within a enermax case and 300w psu.

Was wanting to quiet this mofo down, is there a good fan i can replace the delta with but still keep me cool? Also i have had problems rebooting lately and was wondering could a low psu like 300w be a problem? i am running lots of devices and a radeon 9700 pro etc.

ooh one of other thing whats the best palce to buy lian li cases both stock and modded?

thanks

For cooling an 1800+, a Panaflo L1A 80mm fan would be plenty on an Alpha PAL8045: Fan and necessary tail These are really quiet compared to your Delta.

Yeah, 300W is probably marginal for a loaded system with a 9700Pro, maybe get yourself an Antec TruePower 330 (very powerful for their rating) or a TruePower 430 if you want to have plenty of cushion for future upgrades. You can find a Hot Deal on the TP430 here, no rebates to goof around with either. :)

I know So-trick Computers has some Lian Li selection, hope that helps :)

i think you should upgrade your psu to at least a 430w, the prices of PSU have been coming down latley, also the termaltake 2 with control fan speed is very good, the best place to get a lian li is newegg, thats where i buy all my computer needs, hope that helps
