New case + Prescott cooling question

Ok, I found a 2.8GHz PIV E for a really cheap price, so I still decided to get it, i know, heat + lower performance but hey, it was cheaper than most 2.4's go today, so what the heck?

I'm building this system with that CPU and the cooling stuff is going to look like this:

- Chieftec Dragon Midi Case with 3 Fans, 2 rear exhaust, 1 front intake
- Radeon 9800 Pro cooled with Arctic VGA Cooler

I'm going for a quiet PC here, but I also want to O/C the prescott to around 3.0. So I need a CPU fan / Heatsink which is quiet enough but still pushes enough air to cool an o/c'd Prescott to an acceptable temperature. Preferably, it should be quieter than the stock HSF, but still cool the 3.0 o/c'd CPU to somewhere around normal temps with the stock HSF. Savvy?

Any suggestions on what HSF I should get? Price is not a huge thing, although cheaper is always better.

Thanks for all who reply. 😀

I take it water cooling is not an option for you? That would be the quickest answer to quiet, effective cooling. Other than that, all I can suggest (me now owning a Intel system) would be the Thermalright SP94 or SP120 when it comes out; with a Panoflo/Vantec Stealth 92mm or 120mm (for SP120).

You will need a good case with excellent airflow.
