After trying everthing with my current setup to get more airflow inside the case, nothing worked. Only got 2 places for system fans where I installed two 2500rpm ones. Still had a probelm. Replace stock Intel Fan and Heatsink (on CPU ) with EverCool Solid Copper Heatsink and Fan. ( Might not be the best, but got it at a good price and it's better than current setup ). Cpu fan at least now runs min at 4200 not 2800 like the Intel one. So decided my last option is, to replace the case with one in which I can get more airflow. My local shop is selling a case ( Don't know the make ) with a fan in it's side cover. Behind the fan on the inside of cover it has got a pipe, with which the air is blow directly on the cpu. They recommend that this will be my best solution. Will it really make a big difference ?

Yes. Side fans make a huge difference in temps because they bring in cool air directly where it's needed. Cool air brought in by front fans is warmed by the time it gets to your cpu. I ran an overclocked tbird for about a year with a good hsf and 2 80mm L1a side fans. The only exhaust was the L1a in my PSU.

Edit: You can add side fans to your existing case (unless the PSU mounts vertically and covers the CPU). My Q500 didn't come with side fans, but a couple hours later with a Dremel, a drill bit, and a sharpie, I had 2 semi-straight holes and a much cooler running system.
