New Case for my Quad Core system

I'm building a new system. Currently I've got the following

MOBO: ASUS A8N-SLI Premium 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI
CPU: AMD Toledo 4400
MEM: CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200)
VID: Geforce 7800Gt 512Mb
HD: 2x250G SATA drives
DVD: 16x DVD Lite-On Burner
CD: 16x CDRW Lite-On Burner
LCD: Samsung 214T 21.3" monitor

I've already purchased
VID: 2 EVGA 8800GT 512mb
CPU: Q6600
MOBO: ASUS P5N-D
MEM: OCZ 4096 PC6400
HD: 320Gb SATA 3gb

Keeping from old system

I was planning to keeping the case but now I'm thinking of getting a new case.
Anyone have the Ultra case which is all aluminum. The Ultra Black Aluminus ATX Mid-Tower.

I've got an old ThermalTake Silent Purepower 420W ATX Power Supply, 2 Fans, Fan Speed Control, W0009R I could then build another system with the following and sell it.

I had an Antec case similar to this years ago. It had the dual 80's in the front & rear where this one has the single 120 in the front & rear.
I assume you're getting it @ TigerDirect for ~$70AR?
Do you have your heart set on this case or is this your price range?
