i currently have a H440 nzxt case and it seems to do a horrible job with cooling. i have a kraiken x61 top mounted with a 6700k and a gtx1070. i need a good mid or full tower under 200 that will keep everything well cooled off and chilly compared to what i got. Thanks for any suggestions

Do you still use the included fans along with your kraiken x61 (140mm rear and 3 x 120mm front)? If so, that should provide pretty decent cooling. I have the Fractal Design R5, which is similar in style to your case, and with the right after-market fans selected, it moves a good amount of air.

But if you still are looking for a new case, maybe take a look at the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe. It seems to get good reviews across all sites.

I just saw this article, so maybe something will catch your eye and you can read more detailed reviews on it:

I also have a H440 and x61 and have zero cooling problems. Perhaps the case isn't the problem?

3 front fans 1 rear fan and then I have the x61 radiator top mounted

Do you run your fans at a low level, or do you crank them? They are not the best fans out there, but they should more than enough do the job:

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nzxt-h440-case-review,3734-6.html

You could always replace your 3 x intakes with a higher static pressure fans (or even replace the 140mm exhaust, but I don't think that would help much in your setup), but 64c for the CPU seems to be in line with what Toms tested it at.

Also, you mentioned concern over summer time temps. Do you not use AC in your location? If you don't, you will just have to watch your temps and maybe run your fans at max depending on what your temps do.

And how are they configured? I've got my front and rears as intakes, then the radiator mounted on the top as an exhaust. That inherently means slightly higher CPU temps as the radiators sucking warmer air across it, but for me, I didn't like dealing with the radiator being front mounted. I run mine on the silent profile all the time in CAM, 60c or so is generally where I top out at.
