New case.. audio connector question

My new case has front audio, firewire, and USB connectors.. I know how to setup the USB, and the firewire if I had it.. but I dont know how to set up the front audio jacks? I have an old SB-512 in this machine and theres no pins to attach the connectors to on it.. so I took a look at my audigy 2 in my other machine and again I don't see any pins to use on it?

Do I need an adapter or something? am I stupid and its right in front of me? If all else fails, can anyone let me know of a sound card that does have these connectors available on it? I understand motherboards with onboard audio usually supply these connectors on the board.. but I'm not planning on buying a new motherboard for front audio connectors 🙂
