i'll wait for the Radeon 9800Pro, they already started shipping.
Put this in your sig:
[L=My Rig]http://www.anandtech.com/mysystemrig.html?id=23427[*L] and put / in the place of *
And it's spelt Belgium, not Belguim;)

What ever card you get, be it a 9700 or a 9800, re-install windows from scratch. Delete the windows directory from dos, and then re-install. Otherwise you will get loads and loads of problems, no matter how through you are with getting rid of nVidia stuff.

Umm why are you upgrading? GF4 4200 is certainly enough to play any game. With the system you got its pretty damn powerful.
I'm sure the 9700 Pro would be a great addition... but when you REALLY need it you should purchase it, not because its there. Waste of money pal. Ride the Geforce 4 until DOOM 3 comes out.. or until Christmas. Then think about upgrading to a Radeon 9xxx or a newer GeForceFX model. Its not worth the hassle man.
