New card options

I'm looking to replace my ATI Radeon 9600 Pro as it seems to be having some problems. Trying to spend 150-200 and I was just looking on bestbuy (only because I got gift cards for christmas) and I saw these two cards, same cards except one is AGP and one is PCI.

AGP

PCI

Now I dont currently have a PCI mobo but I may just end up upgrading my board, gpu and maybe cpu.

My question is if I do get the AGP one will there be much of a difference in performance between the AGP and PCI? Also with my current system will I notice much of a difference from upgrading my 9600 Pro to this X700 Pro? Current specs in my sig.

Also, if I were to upgrade my gpu, mobo and cpu what would you suggest? Something stable and strong while not being too expensive.

Sell your Best Buy giftcards in the for sale/for trade forum for 90% value.

Take the $180 left and buy a video card from the for sale/for trade forum.

You can get an x800gto2 unlocked for that price if you go the pci-e route.

Or you can get a 6800gt agp for $20 more.
