hi i have gtx770 asus and seasonic x650 gold psu please suggest a cabinet with good wire management. i have coolermaster elite 431 and it sucks at wire management.one of the wire of psu e.g. motherboard power wire is very thick so need some good space thanks

So you have a GPU and a PSU? No mobo/ram/CPU/drives? 😛 Just messing with you.

Do you have an ITX/mATX/ATX or EATX board?

Any of Corsair's cases would be a good choice for you. They all have excellent wire management and some of their cases can be found for under $50, like the 200R.

If you don't mind spending a little more, the Corsair Air 540 is probably the easiest and best case for cable management that's ever been conceived, but you may not like the unique shape of it.
