New built system rebooting issue?

I have just built a new system and I am having a odd problem.

Specs:
Epox 8KHA+ (falsked with the latest bios)
Athlon 1600
thermalright SK6
30gb maxtor 7200 ata 100
Yamaha 16x10x40 cdrw
Geforce 2 MX (latest nvida drivers)
Linksys nic

The problem is that when i select reboot from inside windows xp, it shuts down, and then sits still powered on, but does not come back up. I can then hit the reset button on my case and it will come back up, and everything else is working fine.

Any ideas? It seems like a bios issue/setting, but I can not seem to find exactly what?

Could it be your PSU (Power Supply Unit)?

I don't see how, it is AMD approved.

Case/PSU (ENLGHT MID 300W EN-7237OX3C4)

Plus the system runs fine under all other conditions.

No luck yet, waiting to see if anyone has any ideas. I seem to remember have this issue before but can not rememeber what caused it...

Hate that.
