Case, video card, and heatsink (Tuniq T-120) are taken care of.

Any last minute suggestions?

I'm hoping to get the E6400 to around 3.5GHz at 500 x 7, or 425 x 8, if the RAM can't handle it.

Looks fine to me, although I'd probably a Seasonic or a Corsair (made by Seasonic^^) PSU. Also I'd get a 600W PSU if plan to run any high-end video cards in SLI anytime soon (the PSU is fine for *any* single video card available atm though).

Thanks for the replies.

I'm already stretched to the teeth on this build, so any parts costing more than $20 over what I have already chosen simply can't make the cut.

Nice RAM sticks, though.

I would have to get a lucky S3 to hit the 500FSB+ levels...

As for the hard drive, it only has 8MB cache. I did quite a bit of research on hard drives prior to this build and it turns out even the 16MB version of the Seagate runs both hotter and slower than it's Western Digital counterpart...
