I just a new computer.. specs are on the bottom of this post..anyways I press the power button and my blue LED's go on for about 1 sec and then the thing stops working. This happened about 5 times over and over..I am pretty sure I have all the connections right..the 24 ATX connector plus the 4 pin 12v ATX over by the cpu. I didnt hear any crackling or spark noises so I am not totally sure if the PSU is DOA. PLease help!!!
Edit: Ok, I guess i had a short somewhere..now I am up and running. I have two problems now. Firstly, my computer is telling me I have no internet connection. I have the cable plugged in.. the light is blinking.. and I know the modem is on and working. When i go to the run prompt and type in "ipconfig" the run prompt immediately exits over and over again. I am going to call the ISP tomorrow, but are there any fixes I can do right now?
Also in my bios, it seems that I cant change my fsb past the stock 333. It just wont let me select it. Is there something I have to press while in the bios or anything extra I need to do?
