New build won't display anything...

the video card seems to be in the slot fine. There are two dvi connections and I have tried both. Monitor (Dell 2000FP worked fine with old system.)

How do I troubleshoot this?

There are no system beeps. The fans on the cpu and card are working. The mobo has some leds lit up.
 
Luckily I didn't have to get that far. I tried to use one ram dimm only, then i tried the next one and that work. Maybe I didn't have the dimms inserted properly. It works now fortunately.
