New Build - Weird Voltage Readings?

Hi Folks,

I have a new build and was poking around with MotherboardMonitor and Everest and saw the following:
Everest Snapshot

Where is shows +3.3v the reading is only 1.54 (both MBM and Ev) and the +12v reads only 11.07v again in both programs.
Antec's response was a canned reply not to trust voltage monitoring programs and I can understand that for the 11.07 but the 3.3/1.54 seems awfully low.

I am new to all this, am I missing something? Is there a better way to test?

Thanks!

is it stable? the 1.54 thing sounds like it has to be an error... i can't believe it would run that low. try looking in the BIOS and see if it reports anything different. other than that, you could try a voltmeter and see if it's true. hard to believe though.

Most generic hardware monitor software has to be configured for your specific hardware monitor chip or mobo. It is better to use the latest version of the hardware monitor software (DL from mobo web site) that came with your mobo as there shouldn't be the configuration issue.
. IAC, using a DMM (digital multimeter) is the way to go if you want accurate readings, but it is ovious that something like the core voltage is being misreported as the 3.3V rail voltage. The software readings aren't very accurate, but they usually will give a good ballpark number.
