if this is for gaming, might as well go for e8400 or e8500, psu might be overkill

PSU: Drop down to something like the Corsair 620HX or 550VX.
CPU: Go for a faster dual core instead, if you're gaming. E8400 is a good choice.
Cooler: Get yourself a cooler like the Xigmatek Rifle 120mm so you can overclock easy.
OS: XP Pro will only see around 3.25GB~ of your RAM.
GPU: What resolution are you gaming at? The 4850 is great up to 1680*1050 for full detail and some AA/AF.

Follow what the others have said and you'll be fine. Your list shows that you've done some research.

Don't just save your list and then come back and buy it all in two and half weeks' time, be sure to check there aren't newer offers on at the time. New graphics cards often come out with newer coolers or board revisions and knock prices of other ones down. Just give a little check to some offers on the day you're buying it, incase you miss out.
