new build specs

I sure could use some help for the following build components!! I think I am set with what I have picked out but want to be sure before ordering.I know that the wattage is important in a P/S but read somewhere that the Amps was very important that is why the one I have in the list is rated at 33 amps on a single rail.Now my question is the single rail good for this build and is there a loss going with modular? Also need to know if the selected memory will work with the MoBo selected as far as voltage since I do not want to change settings in the bios.I have been using a 120 Gb hard drive for the last three years and still shows 100 Gb free so the 160 WD HD I have chosen should be plenty for my use since I will not be doing gaming or video editing.I do have a Windows XP Pro 32 bit OS that will be going into this build.Will wait for any suggestions before ordering.Thanks
