CPU: Intel Core i9-9940X
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Rampage VI Extreme Omega
Graphics Card: Radeon Rx 5700 XT
Memory: G Skill Sniper X - 2x16 Gigs
SSD: Adata XPG SX8200 Pro
Power Supply: Corsair AX1000
CPU Coolong: Cooler Master MasterAir MA410M

I am having quite a few problems. First of it takes two or three times of shutting it down and turning it back on that it goes to BIOS. The motherboard give the error code for memory and sometime for CPU. I checked the Memory and I believe one of the sticks is not working. How best to check that?

I ran the computer on one stick and try to install Windows 10. It started fine but after downloading updates when windows tries to restart to complete installation I am getting an error
"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click "OK" to restart computer and the restart installation."

When I restart it gives the same error.
Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Use memtest86 to check your RAM. Check one stick at a time in the correct memory slot, 4 passes is better and it takes time. Make sure they are seated properly. Also check that your CPU temperature (in the BIOS) is normal.

an error for the cpu suggests that it should be removed, inspect the pins then re-seat it.
