New build, possible problem?

I just built a new system for a relative. SPECS are as follows: amd 64 4000, 2 gb ocz 3200 platinum ram, 250 gb SATA 3.0gb/sec hd, ASUS 7800 GTX, ASUS A8N-SLI Premium mobo and everything.

I run 3dsmax 5.0 and i get 7666 as a 3D Mark Score but then when i loook in the excel document it says the memory clock is at 1197 and the core clock is at 9 mhtz... this cant be right can it?

Any ideaS?
