Ok, everything works, booths, i can go into BIOS.
(new MOB, new CPU, o/b graphics and old dvd-cd drives+512mb memory)
After that loads and have mesage:
"Rebooth and select proper Boot device or insert Boot media in selected Boot device and press any key"
i tried to use factory cd from MOB, also OS CD-DVD-nothing(XP).
In BIOS first booth device choose CD-DVD still nothing.
What else?

Is there a floppy in your floppy drive? As long as you have your cd or dvd drive as the first boot prioirty then it should boot your bootable cd.

What sort of disc are you trying to boot from?

CDs that come with the motherboard typically just have driver files for some of the onboard hardware, and they aren't bootable.

OS CD, if that means a normal full retail Microsoft etc. CD, now that should boot just fine. Same for Linux Live CDs etc.

Check the cables, and remove anything not immediately being used from the IDE chain, generally make sure CD/DVD drive is hooked up and working ok.
