New build pc for .........sandy bridge for 800$

Hello guys I have to build a new gaming pc and my budget is only for 800$.i have to build only cpu.
Please give me suggestions i am a non overclocker and must have an intel sandy bridge core i2600 so please suggest me other specs like motherboard,psu,ram, hard disk, cabinet, graphic card if 6950 can come in that budget that would be great bcoz with bios hack i can make it 6970.

you MUST have an i7 2600? well you just solved that problem yourself, give us some room to work. (ie. i want sandy bridge and an AMD 6950) then i might be able to suggest something, with what you gave me the most i can say is what case, psu, hdd, and dvd drives.

Well a i2600 is $300 MSRP and so is a HD 6950. AMD video card means no SLI is needed.

Do you have a case & DVD drive you can reuse for the new build? What about DDR3 memory? And of course your OS install.

1st, what is your primary use? And specific application for that use (or games).

Intel 750/760 does everything and anything VERY well when it comes to gaming and going beyond that gains you very little performance increase (if any).

I would just suggest that and 6950 or 570. Picking MB/Ram/PS etc is no rocket science....

Windows 7,4gb ram,1tb hard disk, and i have no old pc so all is new
