So my budget would be around 600-700, what are some good parts for a gaming pc, basically only CS:S I play. I already have 2 graphics cards ( 9800 GT & 8800 GTX ) from what i can choose from so im not in need of a video card.

E8400 + P45 board + 4gb ram + Corsair/OCZ/PCP&C/Antec/Seasonic PSU + Case of your liking. If you read the other threads pertaining to a gaming build, this is probably what you're gonna find. Not only that, most people will suggest this anyways, maybe swapping E8400 with a quad of some sort if your games really benefit at all.

If you really only play CS:S, you could get a very modest system and have amazing FPS at maxed out settings

I would go with a Giga-Byte GA-EP45-UD3R mobo,

I would go with either a Core 2 Duo E7400 or E8400 depending on how much you want to spend on a cpu the E7400 is 119 and E8400 is 164 and there is only a difference of 200mhz.

I would go with 4GB(2x2GB) of G.Skill Ram DDR2 800. As for a HDD you could go with a Western Digital Caviar SE 640GB SATA.

Here is a list of three possible PSU's which are all modular so they will cut down on clutter 1)Antec NeoPower 650w 2)ABS Tagan BZ700 700w 3)Thermaltake W0116RU Toughpower 750w.

A case is really up to you, but if you went with the higher end components I suggested it comes out to $533.95 at newegg plus there are some Mail-in rebates on some of the stuff I suggested.
